The Opportunity
Central Kentucky Sedation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our mobile anesthesia services. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination between our anesthesia providers and clients across Central Kentucky.
As Central Kentucky Sedation’s Practice Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing case day schedules, client relationships, and team coordination across multiple Pediatric Dental Practices. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits, with occasional travel to various locations throughout Central Kentucky
A Day In the Life Of
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Operational Coordination
- Create, manage, and optimize client block schedules
- Coordinate anesthesia provider schedules to align with client needs, clinical capacity, and geographic efficiency.
- Work with the Clinical Operations Manager on coordinating the RN and Paramedic schedules.
- Manage schedule adjustments, cancellations, and add-on cases while minimizing disruption to practices and providers.
- Maintain clear communication with partner practices regarding upcoming case days and scheduling changes.
- Monitor scheduling utilization and support process improvements in collaboration with the Director of Operations and CMO.
Administrative Operations
- Review and approve vendor invoices and travel reimbursements and submit them for processing.
- Manage company credit card transactions and work with Supply Chain and Logistics manager for expense tracking.
- Maintain internal administrative records and documentation related to scheduling.
- Assist with coordinating travel logistics for anesthesia providers when needed.
- Support internal administrative workflows to ensure efficient daily operations.
Team Support and Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for scheduling coordination with pediatric dental practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Billing Coordinator to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Assist with timecard approvals, PTO tracking, and basic administrative HR documentation.
- Help coordinate onboarding logistics and maintain required team documentation within compliance systems.
- Support team communication and coordination across providers and partner practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and coordinating team events.
- Work directly with the Director of Operations and CMO to support operational priorities and ensure alignment across practices.
