As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for:
- Assisting the front desk
- Answering phones
- Checking patients in and out
- Registering patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Responding to emails and messages
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education- High School diploma/GED
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, paperwork, and patient records efficiently.
- Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using dental software and basic office applications.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling patient information and billing.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
