What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at Talent Executives Group?
Our client is a nonprofit on the San Francisco Peninsula. The culture is collaborative and fast-paced, with a genuine sense of innovation for a nonprofit of this kind. People build deep, lasting relationships, and the environment is inclusive by design.
This organization is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting for exempt and leadership roles, working closely with the Chief People Officer, the Director of People Operations, and senior business leaders. This is a full-time, on-site role initially, with hybrid flexibility over time.

- Build the organization's employer brand on LinkedIn to raise its visibility as a place where strong candidates want to build a career.
- Shape and drive internal talent development and promotion strategy in partnership with the People team.
- Own recruiting outcomes across a varied portfolio: 5 to 6 open roles typically, up to 8 to 10 at peak, spanning exempt, hourly, and seasonal hiring.
- Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager, who owns high-volume and phone-screening work, to keep the full recruiting pipeline moving smoothly.
- Track and report on recruiting activity using the organization's applicant tracking system.
What You'll Bring
- Experience recruiting across a mix of exempt, hourly, and seasonal roles, ideally within a nonprofit, hospitality, cultural, or similarly varied environment.
- A track record of building genuine relationships with hiring leaders and candidates alike.
- Comfort partnering with senior leaders on exempt and leadership-level searches.
- Curiosity and energy for change, with the flexibility to work across different industries and functions, from hospitality to the arts to finance.
- Experience with employer branding, particularly on LinkedIn, is a strong plus.
