Billion dollar healthcare organization targeting an AR Director to join the growing team!
Role is 4 days onsite Montebello with compensation up to 165k benefits
Requirements:
- Strong Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing & collections experience
- Former biller who can manage, train, and improve billers
- Experience leading a multi-department revenue cycle team
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee billing, AR, collections, cash posting, denial management
- Lead 4 AR Managers, billers, special projects staff, and cash posters
- Ensure clean claims, timely billing, and maximized cash flow
- Implement and improve processes, policies, and system workflows
- Prepare for transition from Great Plains to NetSuite or Sage Intacct
- Drive standardization, efficiency, and compliance across facilities
- Handle payer relations: Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance
- Support audits, reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics (Days in AR, aging, etc.)
Leadership Expectations
- Senior-level operator who can:
- Build and enforce revenue cycle best practices
- Manage performance and coach teams
- Communicate effectively with executives and facility leaders
- Lead new system implementations and training
Qualifications
- 5–7 years AR/revenue cycle leadership (preferably SNF)
- Deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, Managed Care billing
- Strong Excel; comfortable with revenue cycle systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
