Service Coordinator / Predictive Maintenance Specialist

Are you someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and working in an industrial environment? We're looking for a mechanically inclined professional to join a growing team in a unique role that combines service coordination with predictive maintenance support.
What You'll Do:
Service Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status
- Prepare quotes and service estimates
- Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records
- Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts
- Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Predictive Maintenance Support
- Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects
- Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques
- Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers
- Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
- Transition into hands-on predictive maintenance work as experience grows
- Predictive maintenance experience is not required. Training will be provided.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, field service, or similar environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn new technical skills and grow professionally
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% overnight travel)
