π° Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000
- Annual Bonus: $10,000β$20,000 (performance-based β strong year last year and expect the same this year)

π The Role:
You'll own your projects end-to-end β from estimating and award through procurement, field execution, and closeout. No hand-holding. No micromanaging. Full ownership.
- Manage ~3 projects simultaneously
- Project size: $3Mβ$5M average, up to $10M
- Project duration: 12β18 months average
- Work alongside 5 experienced superintendents (typically 1β2 per project)
- Collaborative team of 3 PMs β individually accountable, collectively invested
- ~50-hour weeks with flexibility on when and how you get it done
- Software: Microsoft Excel | HeavyBid | P6 Scheduling | RMS
β Must-Haves:
- 1β2 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- 3 years on federal, horizontal, industrial, or heavy civil projects
- Full project lifecycle experience: estimating β award β procurement β field execution β closeout
- Deep understanding of heavy infrastructure work (dams, waterways, locks, flood control, large mechanical systems)
- Stable, consistent tenure β longevity in roles is a major factor for us
- Residential and commercial backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
