Flexographic Press Operator – Plymouth, IN
💲 Pay: $25.00–$29.12/hr
➕ Shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift
🕒 2nd Shift: 4PM–2AM (4-day work week, 10-hour shifts)
Established manufacturing company in the printing industry is hiring experienced Press Operators. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term stability, growth potential, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration
- Perform press changeovers and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality checks and document production results
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
- Work with laminators, slitters, and related production equipment
Requirements:
- 1 year of flexographic press operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read job tickets and production documents
- Knowledge of inks, substrates, and printing principles is a plus
- Steel-toe boots required
