Electrical Project Manager
A growing commercial electrical contractor in Pacific, Washington is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to help lead projects from bid through completion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the numbers and the field - and enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids
- Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews
- Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines
Skills:
- 5 years of electrical estimating and project management experience
- Experience estimating and managing projects around $1M–$10M
- Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Perks:
- $110,000 - $155,000 base salary
