You'll lead:
- Superintendents and field teams
- Scheduling and labor utilization
- Production performance
- Safety programs
- Warranty management
- Process improvement initiatives
- Operational accountability
- Field recruiting and retention
- Client and stakeholder relationships
- You'll oversee approximately 30-40 active projects at any given time, ranging from $50K maintenance projects to $1M reconstruction and renovation projects.
