This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders looking for steady work on a large-scale, safety-focused project.Responsibilities:Assemble, erect, and align structural steel including beams, columns, and girdersBolt and weld steel components according to blueprints and project specificationsPerform flux-core (FCAW) and GMAW/MIG welding to required quality standardsOperate cutting torches and related welding equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout instructionsSignal crane operators to safely guide steel into positionOperate tools and equipment such as shears, hand tools, forklifts, and banding equipmentFollow all OSHA, site safety, and quality standardsParticipate in safety meetings and comply with data center safety protocolsQualifications:Current 5G welding certification (required)Proven experience with flux-core (FCAW) weldingAbility to work at heights, outdoors, and in various weather conditionsStrong physical stamina, balance, and coordinationProficient in blueprint reading and welding inspection standardsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety proceduresStrong teamwork attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
