Responsibilities

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality control, and adherence to the highest culinary and sanitation standards
- Maintain rigorous standards for plating, presentation, and timing to deliver a seamless fine dining experience
- Manage inventory, sourcing, and cost controls with a focus on sustainability, seasonality, and minimal waste
- Direct service operations, including à la carte dining, tasting menus, private events, and curated dining experiences

Qualifications
