About the Role
We are seeking a driven and bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role blends production supervision, plant coordination, and team leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to take ownership and grow into higher-level operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of daily manufacturing operations
- Oversee production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
- Monitor, track, and communicate KPIs (productivity, attendance, quality, safety) to leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact between floor employees and upper management
- Drive problem-solving efforts and quickly address operational challenges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility, including oversight of housekeeping teams
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication of daily activities and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and workflow
- Conduct employee training, onboarding, and development to strengthen team performance
- Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations leadership role
- Strong understanding of KPIs, production metrics, and operational reporting
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with training and employee development
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
