About the Role
We are looking for a flexible, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a high-performing manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across multiple production lines, including PET/XPET processing and recycling systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance operations and equipment performance across the facility
- Manage maintenance for PET/XPET processing and recycling lines
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance uptime, efficiency, and safety
- Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energy control programs
- Partner with engineering to provide technical support and process improvements
- Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and resource planning
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and maintenance records
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems issues
Qualifications
- 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in electrical systems and troubleshooting – REQUIRED
- Experience with PET/XPET, plastics processing, or recycling equipment preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, and maintenance planning
- Knowledge of LOTO, OSHA, and safety compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
