Traveling Superintendent – CSA

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent – Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) to oversee field operations for mission-critical construction projects nationwide.

This role is responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule performance, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality across civil, structural, and architectural scopes.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of commercial construction experience and a strong background leading field teams on large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations for CSA scopes
• Manage subcontractors, crews, vendors, and site logistics
• Maintain schedule, sequencing, and project workflow
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and project safety requirements
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, inspectors, and client representatives
• Travel nationwide for project-based assignments

Qualifications:

• 10 years of commercial construction experience
• Superintendent experience managing multiple trades and field personnel
• Strong knowledge of sitework, structural steel/concrete, building envelope, and architectural finishes
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred
• Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk ACC, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 annually
