Lead Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end project execution across engineering, manufacturing, and validation phases
- Managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets across multiple programs
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, quality)
- Translating customer and business requirements into executable technical plans
- Tracking progress, risks, and changes while driving corrective actions
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and delivery commitments
- Improving project execution processes, tools, and development cycle efficiency
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of project management experience in engineering-driven environments
- Background in a manufacturing environment from product inception to delivery.
- Experience supporting R&D and/or new product development
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
