Global Commodity Sourcing Manager

Global Commodity Sourcing Manager will own global sourcing for key food ingredients across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

What Success Looks Like

90 days: A prioritized global category roadmap covering suppliers, negotiations, risk, and savings.

6 to 12 months: Measurable savings, harmonized specifications, managed PPV, and a resilient supply base.

• Global category ownership: Experience managing $50M full category globally, not just US or regional (Preferred: China, Asia, Europe)
• Direct-material procurement: 5 years managing ingredients, raw materials, commodities, or other manufacturing materials
• Strategic sourcing & negotiation: Managed sourcing strategies, selected/consolidated suppliers, and negotiated complex contracts.
• Global/matrix experience: Worked across regions and influenced Procurement, Operations, R&D, Finance, Quality, etc. without direct authority.
• Commodity/market expertise: Comfortable with volatile markets, pricing, PPV, supplier risk, and ideally hedging/commodity exposure.

Preferred

• Food manufacturing, edible oils, agricultural commodities, or global CPG experience.
• Track record in supplier consolidation, value engineering, or sustainability.
