Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service activities and ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and care of their equipment
- Document all service activities and maintain detailed records
- Assist with the implementation of new equipment and technologies at customer locations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, specifically for CNC Machines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (60%)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
