The role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and QA to managing Agile backlogs, writing user stories in Jira, and supporting sprints and testing cycles.

Pay rate: $60 - $66/hr. | W2 only

Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA/UAT.
- Lead solution design sessions and support testing cycles.
- Manage Agile backlogs, write user stories, and track progress using Jira.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop training materials to support user adoption.
- Utilizing EazyBI for reporting and dashboards; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing Agile backlogs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency with Jira; experience with EazyBI is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working w/ Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to commute to Midtown NYC 3x per week. (Required)
