Job Responsibilities
- Interface with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for internal survey and distribution systems.
- Operate within a Scrum/Agile environment to ensure project milestones and sprint goals are met.
- Execute SQL queries to analyze data and validate system functionality.
- Handle file formatting tasks, including opening and inspecting various file structures to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with a mid-sized technical team to optimize internal application performance.
- 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Technical proficiency with MS SQL and PostgreSQL is required.
- Hands-on experience working within an AWS environment.
- Strong understanding of file formatting, file inspection, and data structures.
- Previous experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle Database is a plus.
