Role Description
Taldeco has an exclusive confidential search for a Plant Manager for a Tier 1 stamping/weld automotive company just north of metro Detroit. Direct Hire and local candidates only.
The Plant Manager will oversee and direct all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and that production targets are met. Responsibilities include managing production planning, supervising manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and collaborating with various teams to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Tier 1 automotive experience
- Strong operations experience in a tier 1 stamping and/or weld shop
- Expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Proven experience in Operations Management and overseeing daily operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant field)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
