Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain various equipment and machinery used in the production process.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing operations.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and parts used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools and equipment commonly used in manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar hands-on role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
