Seeking a Service Administrator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Plymouth, MI.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!
Pay is between $24 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
The Service Administrator is responsible for servicing internal and external customers in a professional manner by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database. Additional responsibilities include directing calls to their appropriate departments and maintaining accurate data logging.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the service call center by answering phones and entering service cases
- Transfer service cases to appropriate technician
- Conduct service billing using SAP, SIS, and EXPERT
- Review FSEs expense reports using CERTIFY
- Maintain Service Admin Mailbox
- Maintain information in SAP and SIS
- Enter purchase orders in SAP
- Special projects, which include PPT presentations and Excel spread sheets
- Assist Application department if needed
- Handling of application requests and reports
- LAC material shipping and receiving
- Customer quotes and invoicing
- Assist Training department if needed
- Receive leads for service and training opportunities
- Work with internal resources and/or Business Development Manager to identify training courses and offer contracts/solutions to the customers
- Handling customer quotes, class registration and course overview documentation
Qualifications:
- Two-year Associates Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 3 years previous experience in the office administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must maintain valid drivers license
- Occasional overnights as needed
- Travel up to 10% as needed
