Position Summary:
As a Residential Corrections Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing essential support, guidance, and accountability to clients in a structured residential setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure program integrity, and support both staff and residents in achieving positive outcomes. This role combines leadership, oversight, and operational excellence to create a safe, compliant, and empowering environment where clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily supervision and direction to program staff, ensuring operations align with all contract, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.
Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment across all aspects of program operations.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to maintain consistent coverage and meet program goals.
Support budget development and ensure fiscal responsibility within operational parameters.
Oversee program workflow and delegate tasks effectively to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the agency’s electronic health record system.
Foster collaboration between service lines to enhance integration and continuity of care.
Participate in hiring, training, and developing staff to build a high-performing team.
Conduct regular supervision, performance reviews, and training to promote growth and maintain compliance.
Support continuous quality improvement through audits, peer reviews, and data-driven performance monitoring.
Analyze outcome data to identify strengths, address challenges, and inform program improvement.
Monitor financial and operational indicators to support strong program performance.
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May require Dependent clinical license or higher (e.g., Social Work, Chemical Dependency, Nursing), or at least 4 years of experience in a related field depending on site
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
