Position Summary:
Supervises the programming and delivery of care team staff providing case management, SUD services, employment, prevention and other supportive services to clients in residential and non-residential programs. Plans, supervises, and implements procedures to ensure strong program performance while overseeing outcomes for staff and clients. Collaborates closely with operations supervisors, clinical supervisors, and, site leadership to ensure overall safety and quality of care on a daily basis.
Position Description:
- Responsible for supervising the care team in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation, and agency standards
- Maintain site/location effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring safety, security, and overall compliance
- Ensure fidelity to approved clinical models and supervise staff accordingly
- Perform case review and clinical oversight within scope of license in collaboration with clinical supervisors
- Responsible for care team scheduling and planning for necessary staff coverage, inventory, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and meeting of deadlines/goals
- May assist with budget development and ensure operation within budget
- Maintain program and client workflow and delegate effectively
- Ensure quality clinical support documentation utilizing agency electronic health record
- Assist in enhancing collaboration and cooperation between service lines to ensure service integration
- Participate in the hiring of all reporting staff
- Direct and supervise personnel by ensuring training needs are met and supervision occurs
- Assure compliance with site audits, peer reviews and agency Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
- Generate outcome data and use for improvement
- Monitor key indicators that impact financial outcome and performance
- Follow protocols in responding to,reporting and resolving unusual incidents
- Mitigate risk using intervention skills and anticipate/prevent crisis
- Respond to and perform work as necessary to ensure site/location dead lines and program goals are met
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related area or equivalent education/work experience
- Dependent clinical license or higher (social work, chemical dependency, nursing, etc.) or 4 years’ experience specific to area of focus
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
