We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and rapidly growing in 20 states. We provide assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly (i.e. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). We are currently in need of a Home Care Aide Supervisor | Care Manager for our Ohio operation. This position will be available to work remotely after 2 weeks of training in our Dayton, Ohio Office location. Applicant must live within a 1 hour drive of Dayton, Ohio. This position is a 100% remote work from a home office - after the two weeks of in office training. The position will also require a 3 day trip to Southern California to visit our Corporate Office in Irvine (Orange County) - upon hire date. All travel expenses paid.
MUST have experience working with seniors in Home Care or Assisted Living.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Healthcare benefits available after 60 days. Starting salary is $95,000. Profit Sharing Bonuses available for high performers. A 1% increase in salary for each milestone increase in revenue the company makes is available to employees who are managing their duties with high performance. 8 such 1% increases have been average per year. This position is not a recruiting position - but will recieve $1.00 per hour for each ongoing hour of work that any caregiver they recruit works with our organization. There is no cap on the amount of money that can be received via this bonus and no cap on base salary.

The job duties include supervising home care aides and coordinating care with clients. Phone calls, email, and Zooms are how all communication occurs for this position. No on-site visits required. This position requires average level Microsoft Office skills - as the position uses Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word on a daily basis.
The usual work schedule will be from 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday - but this doesn't mean that there will be days when work spills over later into the evening or weekend - as the job is not done until the job is done each day. We are looking for people who have capability in their schedule to work late from time to time when needed. There may be times you need to come back to your home office later in the evening to finish up work to ensure a client does not go without care the following AM. That is the reason we allow working remote - so it makes doing such things easier on the Case Manager if this is ever needed... instead of having to drive to our office to do such.
The position is responsible for doing a one weekend day on-call shift every 10 weeks (Saturday or Sunday by assignment). The oncall shift can be performed remotely at home and requires being available to answer home care aide questions that come in via text and phone - during the hours of 8am to 4pm - to ensure client care needs are met over the weekends.
