Come join our team! Talarico Counseling, LLC is a provider of children's behavioral health services for Ocean and Monmouth counties. We are a smaller, more hands on provider that strives to motivate, appreciate and provide training to our team of IIC therapists. Our focus is to bring an array of valuable therapeutic techniques into the homes of our clients and families to help them achieve their goals.
The IIC Therapist provides a variety of mental health services including evaluation, assessment, and individual and family counseling. These services are time- limited and should focus on transferring skills to the family and transitioning the family to community based services and supports.
Talarico Counseling is looking for licensed therapists who could carry an on going case load of 4 or more clients. Therapists who are trained in trauma focused therapy, or a specialized modality are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications:
- Active NJ State License: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or PhD.
- 2 years working with Children and Families.
- Patience and Compassion.
- Valid NJ Drivers License.
- Must pass all background checks.
- Bilingual (a plus).
- Flexible schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Weekly progress notes that are timely.
- Assessment.

- Reliable vehicle.
