We are currently looking for an excellent Certified Home Health Aides . This position would be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients in their home while demonstrating our values of integrity, caring and compassion.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve
- Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care
- Assists patients with mobilization
- Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more
- Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc
- Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures
- Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies
- Demonstrates sound judgment
Qualifications and Skills
- Current and valid Home Health Aide Certification
- Meets all state requirements for CHHAs
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
