Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Conversion
- Handle all incoming calls, web inquiries, and referrals with urgency
- Conduct initial case screenings (auto, trucking, rideshare, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
- Identify viable, high-value cases and escalate appropriately
- Clearly communicate the firm's value and secure signed retainers
- Follow up consistently and aggressively on all unconverted leads
Sales Performance
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
- Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence through calls, texts, and emails
- Overcome objections and guide clients toward confident decisions
Client Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, professional, and reassuring client experience
- Educate potential clients on the process without providing legal advice
- Ensure all client information is accurately captured and documented
Systems & Coordination
- Input and manage all leads within the CRM system (CasePeer or similar)
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers during onboarding
- Ensure all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded
- Maintain organized and accurate records at all times
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of Georgia personal injury experience REQUIRED (legal intake or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and meet performance targets
- Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
- Ability to build trust quickly and confidently lead conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as CasePeer or Filevine
- Understanding of personal injury case types and terminology
