Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care to patients, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Lead and supervise the OBGYN team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, including participation in the ongoing leadership succession plan.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Mentor and support professional development of department team members.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical or department management role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage operational and clinical workflows effectively.
• Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary or hospital-based setting.
