Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and supervise the OBGYN team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, including participation in the ongoing leadership succession plan.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Mentor and support professional development of department team members.
- Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote women's health.
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or department management role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage operational and clinical workflows effectively.
- Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary or hospital-based setting.
