What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery House Manager/Coordinator position at TAL Behavioral Health?
- Live on Premises with Residents
- Room and Board part of the compensation package
- Oversees daily operations of residence
- Will ensure that clients are compliant with all written house rules.
- Make sure medications are in centralized locations and are locked and monitored
- Observe client medication intake (log date /times of observation)
- Maintain inventory of household supplies (cleaning supplies/soaps/etc.)
- Create weekly chore list for clients and oversee that they have been complete
- Review sign in and out sheets (daily)
- Oversee client's community time (walks/store etc.)
- Review signed NA. AA meeting sheets PRN
- Inform Program manager of any emergencies that may occur
- Make sure all clients know location of Narcan's inside the home in case of emergency
- Ensure the house is shut down and secured for the night i.e. checking locked doors, turning lights /appliances off etc.)
- Confirm leave/return times for clients when passes are permitted (Clients that have more than two-hour passes will need uranalysis screen upon returning to recovery house)
- Report to Program Manager and or Director any needed repairs within house i.e. appliance/electrical issues etc.
- Conduct room checks as needed or requested from staff
- Engage in weekly meetings with Program Manager
- Other duties assigned
