Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled and security-conscious Selected Reserve (SELRES) Analyst to support the US Army National Guard (USARNG) G-1 Human Resources Management System (HRMS) contract. This role involves working with sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) databases and requires specialized SQL and cybersecurity certifications. The SELRES Analyst will support data access, analysis, and reporting functions critical to the mission of the Army National Guard.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and system integration tasks.
- Ensure secure handling of PII and compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and program teams to support data-driven decision-making and operational readiness.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, queries, and access protocols in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of database structures, data integrity, and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure, mission-critical environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Intermediate-level MCSA SQL certificate (Database Development or Administration) or similar SQL training certificate.
- CompTIA Security Certification
- Minimum SQL programming experience.
- Must have a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
- Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with military or government HR systems and data.
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and data access protocols.
