Job Title: Part-Time Janitorial Position
Location: Takeuchi GA
Reports To: Manager of Operational Services
Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours/week)
Schedule: Flexible – Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a part-time janitor. This role supports our full-time janitorial staff and helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills
- Dust and wipe down flat surfaces, furniture, fixtures, walls, windowsills, and shelving
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and supplies in breakrooms
- Empty trash daily and assist with recycling paper and cardboard
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops
- Remove smudges and dirt from walls and surfaces
- Monitor and report any facility issues to the maintenance team
- Maintain organized and stocked janitorial closets
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning products
- Take direction and provide support to full-time janitorial staff as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Operational Services

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a reliable way to get to and from work as scheduled
- Able to communicate and follow instructions in English (written and verbal)
- Dependable, self-motivated, and task-focused
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift/move up to 30 lbs.
- Prior janitorial experience is a plus
