GEOINT Discovery & Collections Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a skilled GEOINT Discovery & Collections Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in GEOINT collection management to support mission-critical operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, develop standard operating procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of collection processes. Education Requirements
Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in GEOINT collection management. A relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field is preferred.
Clearance Requirements
This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph exam is also necessary.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Manage GEOINT collection activities and ensure alignment with community standards and best practices
- Define, document, and draft workstreams, SOPs, and best practices for collection management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize collection strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Support the development of educational materials, job aids, and training resources for GEOINT tradecraft
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software to produce and edit content
- Apply knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process to support collection planning and execution
- Work independently and as part of a team to adapt to changing priorities and demands
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience with GEOINT collection management
- Demonstrated experience defining, documenting, or drafting workstreams, SOPs, or best practices in writing
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
- Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
- Ability to build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Desired Skills
- Experience performing GEOINT collection
- Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions (job aids, videos, documents, etc.) for a variety of customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation use and guidelines
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
