Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation zones and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food preparation.
- Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to sanitize work areas consistently to maintain health standards.
