About the Role
As a Team Member at Dunkin’, you will help create a welcoming experience for every guest by providing friendly service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Team Members work together in a fast-paced environment while following company, food-safety, and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders accurately and courteously.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
Operate the register and handle cash accurately.
Maintain clean workstations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms.
Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
Follow all food-safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
Work cooperatively with other Team Members to provide fast, dependable service.
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Friendly and guest-focused attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and stocking.
Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory weekends.
Previous food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
