Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for charging electric vehicles that have run out of power or are very close. This position requires a flexible work schedule and is best suited to an individual that has other sources of income. We will provide the technology to deliver the service. Candidates must have a clean driving record. San Antonio is serviced by a small 5x8 trailer. This position requires the ability to pull the trailer as needed.
Duties
- Perform roadside charging of EV vehicles.
- Utilize our mobile charging platform to help stranded motorists.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed during each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
Skills
- Minimal mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service required.
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance techniques and auto estimating practices.
- Ability to operate charging system safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain service records and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in various locations while maintaining professionalism.
