Age Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen plus random subsequent tests.
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires is preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate.
- Must own a working smartphone and have reliable personal transportation to commute to/from work.
- Must maintain a professional, presentable appearance and take care of your service truck.
Physical Requirements (Must be able to):
- Lift and move tires weighing 30 –200 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and exposure to vibrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair all tire types: passenger, light truck, and large truck.
- Perform fleet inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Safely operate company vehicles , following all traffic and speed regulations.
- Respond to emergency service calls using the mobile service truck.
- Load/unload inventory and assist with physical stock counts.
- Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Follow all safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
