Overview
We are a 25 year tax/accounting firm in Woodland Hills California seeking a Front Office Administrator to support our team members in providing tax services to a wide range of clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments using Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Maintain organized records of client information, invoices, and other essential documents
  • Scanning and assembly of various types of tax returns, source documents.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent computer literacy, typing skills, and familiarity with data entry procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Previous experience in clerical work is advantageous
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office certification or training is a plus

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
