Overview
We are a 25 year tax/accounting firm in Woodland Hills California seeking a Front Office Administrator to support our team members in providing tax services to a wide range of clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments using Microsoft Office tools
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Maintain organized records of client information, invoices, and other essential documents
- Scanning and assembly of various types of tax returns, source documents.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent computer literacy, typing skills, and familiarity with data entry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
- Previous experience in clerical work is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office certification or training is a plus
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
