Essential Job Functions:
- Review fragrance formulas to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards
- Partner closely with perfumers to support safe and compliant fragrance creation
- Collaborate directly with customers in regulatory discussions and meetings
- Prepare and deliver fragrance safety documentation
- Communicate with suppliers to gather safety and regulatory data
- Help maintain the integrity and security of fragrance formulas
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
- Support and mentor new team members through training and knowledge-sharing
- Lead or participate in cross-team discussions to improve workflows and customer solutions
- Assist with SDS processes and provide backup support across the team
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biology, toxicology, or similar)
- Around 5 years of experience in regulatory or product safety (fragrance industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
Work Environment: This role includes both desk-based and laboratory work. You may handle chemicals and will use appropriate protective equipment (like gloves, eye protection, and lab coats).
