Project Overview:
As a Technology & Innovation Intern, you will lead an experimental study examining how different fragrance raw materials (RMs) influence the viscosity of finished cosmetic and personal care products. This hands-on project blends chemistry, data analysis, and innovative formulation work to deepen your understanding of ingredient interactions and their role in product performance.
Key Objectives:
- Conduct systematic evaluations of various fragrance ingredients across selected base formulations.
- Quantify and analyze the impact of fragrance RMs on product viscosity.
- Develop a searchable Excel-based database to record, compare, and visualize results for future R&D use.
Learning Outcomes:

Goals and Objectives: The primary goal of the internship is to provide the students or graduates with practical experience in a particular department with actual role responsibilities and projects, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. Throughout the internship, students will gain hands-on experience in related functional role initiatives, conduct research, and enhance their understanding of industry standards and practices. In addition, the program will incorporate weekly workshops and/or meetings with Senior Leadership to support them in their development of professional and life skills.
Salary : $16 - $17
