Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service policies and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub functions to meet specific service needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods; ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, sales tracking, and inventory management; understanding of retail math is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in lively environments such as nightclubs or large events like banquets or catering functions.
