Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator with experience in HVAC ductwork fabrication, layout, and operation of hydraulic press brakes (10 ft automated). This position is responsible for accurately reading blueprints, laying out parts, and fabricating high-quality sheet metal products to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
· Perform layout of sheet metal parts for ductwork and related components
· Fabricate HVAC ductwork, fittings, and custom sheet metal products
· Operate hydraulic press brakes (10 ft automated) and other fabrication equipment
· Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components with precision
· Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
· Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
· Collaborate with shop team and supervisors to meet production schedules

Required Qualifications
· 3 years of sheet metal fabrication experience (ductwork preferred)
· Strong knowledge of sheet metal layout and fabrication techniques
· Experience operating hydraulic press brakes (10 ft automated strongly preferred)
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Proficient in measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, squares, etc.)
· Understanding of HVAC duct systems is a plus
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
