What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pack Leader/Kennel Attendant position at TailWaggers Doggy Daycare Neenah?
TailWaggers Doggy Daycare Neenah is seeking Full-Time and/or Part-Time Pack Leaders to join our team. We are looking to fill a variety of shifts. This postion is open to High School students (Must be 16 or older).
What We Offer:
- Paid training, including professional certification courses focused on dog behavior, body language, and safe group play management
- Time-and-a-half pay on Sundays (short shifts)
- A fast-paced, hands-on work environment for animal lovers
Schedule Details:
- Primary shifts: 5:45am–2:00pm and 1:50pm–9:00pm
- We are able to work around school schedules
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Flexibility with scheduling is a must
Pack Leader Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage group dog play to ensure the safety of the pack
- Work outdoors daily in all weather conditions
- Remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Clean up after dogs throughout the day and maintain clean play areas
- Power wash play yards in the evening to prepare for the next day
- Actively observe dog behavior and intervene appropriately when needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working with dogs is recommended but not required
- A willingness to learn, stay active, and work as part of a team is essential
