OVERVIEW:
- The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations (MSP&O) team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support Scaled Business Marketing operations. The focus will be on program managing complex cross-functional workstreams, optimizing org processes and tools, and executing against operational excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional marketing workstreams.
- Improve and scale business marketing operations, tools, and processes.
- Drive goal tracking, target setting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership including VP-level stakeholders.
- Implement process streamlining and support project delivery across the Scaled Business Marketing team.
Team & Scope:
- Supporting a team of 5.
- Plays a key role across a large part of the organization.
- Works closely with the VP and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Opportunity to take on net-new, high-impact projects.

Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in operations, marketing, project/program management, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Marketing functions and GTM strategies
- Leading multi-functional business rhythms and performance reviews
- Project management under tight deadlines
- Navigating complex, matrixed organizations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Salary : $85 - $90
