Job Title: HR Analyst II
Location: 8830 Biggs Ford Road Walkersville, MD 21793
Schedule: Monday – Friday Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after training)
Contract Type: 1 year contract with potential direct hire opportunity
Payrate: $20.11 - $33.51 per hour

Role Overview
The HR Services Advisor serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams regarding HR-related inquiries and support. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving HR requests efficiently, supporting HR processes, and partnering with internal teams to improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Employee Services
- Serve as the primary contact for HR service-related inquiries from employees, managers, recruiters, and HR partners.
- Manage and resolve HR requests from initiation through completion, including tracking and follow-up.
- Provide timely, high-quality customer service and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support employee relations inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate.
HR Operations & Process Support
- Maintain knowledge of business operations, organizational structure, and key stakeholders to support HR activities.
- Monitor service quality, HR transactional processes, and key HR service metrics.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with HR calendar activities, employee lifecycle processes, and site-specific initiatives.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR teams to support business needs, site strategies, and operational priorities.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain working knowledge of company HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and employee support processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Shared Services preferred.
- Experience with ticket management systems and HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
