- Investigative Analysis: Perform deep-dive reviews of severe incidents to measure the effectiveness of existing FSO defenses.
- Remediation & Strategy: Identify vulnerabilities and recommend actionable improvements to bolster platform security and user safety.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to communicate defense performance and align on future expansion capabilities.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end remediation process for identified issues, ensuring solutions are driven to completion.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous and accurate records of findings, trends, and strategic recommendations.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 7 years in Planning, Operations, or Consulting roles.
- Environment: Proven track record working in highly cross-functional settings requiring clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management Tools: Mastery of Incident.io, Asana, and Airtable.
- Data & Automation: High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), specifically utilizing formulas for workflow automation.
- Communication: Expert familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and Zoom.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to dissect complex data sets to identify patterns and trends in incident behavior.
- Bias for Action: A proactive mindset focused on identifying opportunities and swiftly implementing solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to analyzing retrospective data to ensure no defense gap is overlooked.
- Location: US - Remote Eligible. Occasional travel for office visits or offsites may be required.
