$80,000 - $85,000 base salary annual discretionary bonus opportunity

About the Role

Tailored Management is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations & Employee Support Manager to support a high-volume contingent workforce program in a warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of workforce operations while supporting employee relations activities and ensuring a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational priorities with employee support. You will partner closely with recruiting, HR, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure workforce processes run smoothly while maintaining compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contingent workforce operations, including onboarding, orientation, employee support, and assignment-end activities.
• Partner with recruiting, HR, operations, and client stakeholders to support workforce needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate workforce records, schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Support attendance management, performance concerns, corrective actions, and Tier 1 employee relations matters.
• Assist with workplace injury response, leave and accommodation communications, and other employment-related processes.
• Monitor workforce performance, service levels, and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Prepare and communicate workforce trends, operational updates, and key reporting to leadership and client partners.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in staffing operations, HR operations, workforce management, employee relations, or a related role.
• Experience managing high-volume, process-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of performance management, corrective action processes, and workforce documentation practices.
• Experience using ATS, onboarding platforms, HRIS, and workforce management systems.

Preferred

• Experience supporting contingent workforce programs, staffing operations, or employer-of-record partnerships.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, distribution, healthcare, retail, or other high-volume operational environments.

Work Environment

This onsite role operates in both office and warehouse environments and requires regular interaction with employees and operational teams. Candidates must be comfortable walking and standing for portions of the workday while supporting workforce operations on the floor.

Work hours generally fall between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET based on business needs, onboarding schedules, and employee support requirements. Occasional travel to Tailored Management's Columbus office may be required.
