Events Assistant

Tailored Events is hiring an Events Assistant to join our team in Dayton, OH.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes pride in the details, and genuinely loves the energy of bringing an event to life. You'll work closely with our events team across the full lifecycle of each project — from early planning conversations through to on-site delivery and client wrap-up.

The role:

You'll be the connective tissue that keeps our events running smoothly. That means coordinating logistics, managing timelines, liaising with vendors and clients, and being the kind of person the team can rely on when things need to move quickly. No two weeks look the same — and that's exactly the point.

Day to day, you can expect to be:

→ Planning and executing face-to-face marketing events that put clients' brands directly in front of their target audience

→ Coordinating event logistics end-to-end — venues, suppliers, staffing, and on-site setup — so every activation runs without a hitch

→ Representing client brands on the ground, engaging consumers in real conversations and creating memorable in-person experiences

→ Tracking customer interactions and campaign outcomes at each event, feeding insights back to the wider team

→ Building strong client relationships through consistent communication, professionalism, and results they can see

What we're looking for:

→ A genuine passion for events and the ability to stay composed under pressure

→ Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

→ A clear, confident communicator — with clients, consumers, suppliers, and the wider team

→ Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable owning your workload

→ Prior experience in events, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced role is a plus — but not essential

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dayton, OH. We're a team that moves fast, supports each other, and takes real pride in what we put out.
