Tailored Events is hiring a full-time Campaign Associate to join our team in Dayton, OH — and we're open to applications from people at the very start of their career.
Full training is provided. What we can't teach is drive, personality and a genuine desire to be good at what you do. If you have those, we'll handle the rest.
The role:
As a Campaign Associate, you'll be on the front line of our clients' marketing campaigns. Meeting real people and representing some great brands in face-to-face environments. This isn't a role where you'll be watching from the sidelines. From early on, you'll be actively involved in campaign delivery, engaging with consumers directly and playing a real part in the results we deliver for our clients.
What the role involves:
→ Representing client brands at face-to-face marketing campaigns and live activations
→ Engaging with members of the public in a professional, approachable, and brand-consistent way
→ Contributing to customer acquisition efforts and helping campaigns hit their targets
→ Learning how campaigns are planned, positioned, and measured from the inside
→ Working as part of a close-knit team with clear goals and a strong support structure around you
