Tailored Care is a locally owned home care agency seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team.
We provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their homes. Our caregivers build meaningful relationships with clients while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
This position may include companionship, supervision for individuals with cognitive impairment or dementia, transportation to appointments and errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care assistance, medication reminders, and support with daily routines.
We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, professional, kind, and able to work independently in a client's home. Experience with dementia care is preferred but not required for all assignments.

Qualifications:
- PSS, CNA, or previous caregiving experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
Immediate openings available for weekday daytime shifts, evenings, overnights and weekends.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
