This senior-level role provides strategic financial leadership across retail & tux distribution, transportation, and manufacturing. The Lead FP&A Partner is expected to operate with significant independence and entrepreneurial drive—proactively creating analysis, identifying opportunities, and offering recommendations that guide management decisions.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
Strategic & Independent Financial Leadership
- Lead monthly and annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Operate with a high degree of independence and ownership, taking initiative and driving analysis without requiring detailed direction.
- Build, enhance, and innovate financial models, reporting frameworks, and tools.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends, present recommendations.
- Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Supply Chain leadership.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across functions, influence decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional financial reviews and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and other partners on cost and performance.
- Break down complex issues into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
- Analyze monthly performance, variances, and KPIs, focusing on root causes.
- Identify and implement process improvements using systems and automation.
- Prepare and deliver polished presentations for senior leadership.
- Contribute to Board materials, earnings support, and business updates.
- Communicate insights clearly, highlighting implications and actions.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong judgment and ownership.
- Strong business partnership and influencing skills.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical experience.
- Proficiency with Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Planning, PeopleSoft preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable with senior presentations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Salary : $106,800 - $165,000
